AN OKAY DAY:

I rested my knee yesterday and it wasn't hurting as bad today. I did a lot at church this morning between playing for the service, up and down the stairs, etc. and had almost 4,000 steps when I came home. I staggered walking throughout the day, practiced my music and did some housework. At the end of the day, I had 12,658 steps which is goal plus 1658 so did pretty good. I didn't think I would be able to do it.
I was low on calories as I made soup and ate only a small portion for lunch and dinner. At least I got my veggies in plus have some left over for tomorrow. No cooking tomorrow on a work day. Tomorrow's plans are staff meeting then work in the office to finish my planning through August.
Everyone have a great week. Get rested tonight so we can get busy tomorrow.
