DOMS!

I know the 64 minute workout I did on Friday where I pushed myself to do things I have done before but haven't done in awhile, and doing them for a longer amount of time, was just what I needed because yesterday and today I have Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness! My thighs are so hard to move and sore! I already suffer from balance problems because of my Meniere's Disease but I felt really comical trying to move yesterday. I know my balance was affected by the fact that yesterday was very windy (conflicting air pressure going on) but the soreness didn't help.

I did not exercise yesterday as a result. This morning I am doing laundry but I just read a SP article that recommends light intensity, 30 minute activity for recovery as it stimulates blood flow and gets your muscles back in shape faster. So this afternoon I plan on a doing a light workout.
