Day 80 - Better and not so better!

The good: I am working out at about 60%-65% maximum heart rate level. I really took my time to increase this but I feel that it's worth it!
The bad: My feet tendons still ache at 10K jogging. Especially left foot (after injury 2 years ago). Tried a lot of different things. Some days are better than others.
