Allowing Rest When It’s Needed

There is a vast difference between being lazy and the need to move slowly. I’m recognizing the signals whenever I’ve had too much stimulation like travel or socializing. I’ve had a lot of both this past week, so I am allowing myself to lean into my routine now that I’m home.
I’m shooting for a goal of 1000 minutes of any kind of exercise in the month of June. I’m not quite half way yet, but my plan is to beef up the cardio for the next week.
But for today - rest, hot tub & a salty bubble bath! 🛀
