Improved Sleep

I've been making changes in my bed-time routine over the past year. Now I'm really reaping the benefits. I sleep well on 9 out of 10 nights. It took some time for my body to learn how to sleep soundly, and when there's a lot going on in my life, occasionally insomnia shows up at night again.
My favorite go to solution is meditation and thankfulness to put my mind on a good track.
