Today is the first day that I've actually felt comfortable with my SP program. I started my day a little earlier than normal hoping that I'd be able to fit in meal prep and exercise for the day. I decided to take a walk since my knee was feeling a little better and I had a healthy breakfast when I returned.
I had already planned my lunch before my walk, which is really helpful... When I returned there was no fumbling around in the cabinets trying to figure out what's available to eat. I'm pretty sure that behavior can lead to poor decisions.
I feel like I've accomplished more today. That may not be true, but I'm certainly feeling more in control. I don't feel rushed or worried that I'm not keeping up.
I hope dinner goes just as well... Maybe the key is starting my day a little earlier.
Okay, maybe ya'll knew that already! I can be a slow learner.
