Week 5

Wow starting week 5! I’m hanging in there. We went to Texas last week to see my nephew & his wife, I stuck to my diet & I did good so far I’m down 13 lbs!! Almost done with the 21 day detox, then my diet will change Saturday which means I get a few extra choices which means I don’t have to eat oatmeal! Just in my shake. Lol. She (the trainer) upped my cardio time & gave me a couple of leg exercises hopefully next week will start circuit training, but have to build up my strength in my right ankle & left foot, I broke both of them two years ago so I’m really afraid of falling or hurting them. So will be a slow process but I’ll get there, I’m already feeling better and they only hurt a little bit.
