I'm working on my 7th day of a healthy eating streak. A week ago when I slipped I wasn't prepared for the temptation. Usually hubby puts his snacks over by his computer where they aren't right in my face. But he put them in the living room and then did the unthinkable - left me here alone with them. And I caved. Years ago that indulgence and my guilt might have thrown me for days. But with SP I added it to my food tracker and saw that 2 Hershey Nuggets and 3 Oreo Thins are about 200 calories. Not good, but in the overall scheme of things, not really a big deal. I suggested we move them, but he really prefers them out. So I took it as a challenge. Every time I pass them (and that is frequently as I pass them on the way to the kitchen, dining room, and bedrooms), I recommit to healthy living and give myself credit for restraint!
