12 Days In of Tracking.

After 12 days of tracking food and intentionally NOT changing the way I eat I have noticed some things:
1. I like my coffee creamer. I tend to put in about 3-4 TIMES the serving per 16 oz cup. Its my major splurge and where a lot of extra crap is coming from. Most other things I have no problem eating the serving size or under.
2. I tend to forget lunch. No wonder my babies have strong witching hours, I forget to feed us all! They have snacks, but lunch is just not in my head. I've missed four of the last 12 lunches, and would have missed more had I not been tracking.
3. I also love late night snacks. When I go over on my calories (only 4 days of the 12.) Its because I got the munchies before bed.
4. I am not having any difficulties staying under my calorie goals most of the time. In fact some days its dang hard to hit the 2250 that the doctor and nutritionist both said I need to hit BARE MINIMUM.
So I guess I get to start coming up with better ways to drink my coffee. Any ideas?
