More awareness... less seat of my pants (pun intended 😊)

I’ve known for a long time not being aware of what I eat and tracking and weighing myself and making efforts to be more active or the key to weight loss. so when I finally got serious and started doing all those things I’ve been seeing results. daily I remind myself as tired as I am to still track and do all the things that I can do to continue my weight loss. Some days I get a little overwhelmed between work and regular daily needs for my household my children and my husband but I have to remember to keep that in perspective to keep moving forward.
so my moto is “it’s all good, no worries”
