Day 01: Weigh In & Stats

It's more important than anything to believe in yourself and so I am making an effort to be healthier and lose weight. A lot has gotten pushed to the side while I have been busy working and I want to make an effort to change some of my habits. I finished my book and have been busy querying agents and have also started work on my new book. Still sending stuff in to magazines, as well. I found my scale so I am able to track my progress again and I am starting out as simply as possible. I am going to work on three areas:
Food: Track all my food every day and try to stay within calories.
Water: Drink at least two big cups of water a day.
Exercise: Do some kind of exercise every day.
Here's my stats:
Body Water: 37.1%
Body Fat 48.1%
Bone Mass: 8.4lb
Visceral Fat 12
Muscle Mass 142.6lb
