What do you do after a bad day?
Yesterday, I binged. I cried. I had an anxiety attack. I had to leave work.
Today, I’m prepared to have a great day. I have my snacks packed and lunch prepared. My dinner is already made. I am working to keep a clear mind by telling myself, I can do anything. I am going to focus on breathing and staying calm.
There is no need to wait for Monday because I didn’t “fall off track”...I simply had a bad day. And today, I am going to put in the effort to have a better day.
