Got bad news yesterday and I responded to it in the old way.... I tried to eat my painful feelings. Well, needless to say I ingested about 2000 extra calories and found the feelings were still there afterward. BUT I'm back on the low-carb wagon today, drinking water, eating right, and getting some movement in. Tonight I plan to take a warm, fragrant bath and get plenty of sleep. After doing the things my body needs, I expect to feel better about my choices instead of adding to my own pain and setting myself farther back from my goal. Here's a shout out to everyone who falls off the wagon BUT GETS RIGHT BACK ON AGAIN.
