I'm having trouble falling a sleep. I take ambien but that only helps to stay a sleep. I've tried nice long baths before bed, bed time tea, no phone before bed. Any one got some suggestions that might help. Melatonin does not work for me either.

    Some times it thoughts running through our brains that keep us awake. Have you tried keeping a pad of paper and pencil by your bed and writing down your thoughts to get them off your mind? Does white noise or soft music relax you enough to fall asleep? Is your room nice and dark? Have you tried experimenting with temperature?

    Sleep is so important. I struggle with poor sleep habits so I need to try some of these ideas too. I hope you find what works for you.
