AF and other changes

Working to make appropriate dietary and exercise changes habitual. Am aware of some muscle wasting with weight loss despite very slow reduction in weight over the last six months and being more conscious of the importance of exercise. I know I need to add weight training to my regimen. I've been adding back a lot of chores I did previous to my cancer diagnosis and treatment - yard work and house work. However, my progress isn't focused enough and I want to be more consistent so that I'm building habitual behaviors. I slip up now and then, but I know I can do better if I just stay focused.
