I've eaten in my calorie range every day this month. I've been eating more fruits and veggies. I've been exercising more. I've lost 5.6 pounds this month. However, I've been down a lot lately. I've struggled with depression and anxiety for years, so this is nothing new. I'm on meds, but not able to do therapy right now. I'm not in a horrible downward spiral, but I just can't shake this funk.

When this funk started, I was hoping my healthier lifestyle might help me get going again. I'm sure it helps, but I'm still struggling. It's a bit frustrating. I just want to snap my fingers and get out of this mood.

My plan, for now, is to keep up my healthy lifestyle. I'm going to work on getting more exercise. I'm going to keep spending time with my friends. I'm going to keep taking my meds. I'm going to use an app I have on my phone to help me deal with the depression. If I can't get out of this funk by the end of the month, I'll try to get back into therapy.

Of course, I will keep on sparking, because Spark people are the best!
