Monday Weights: Day one of my Hybrid Workout Program, Body Beast Build Chest/Tris. I so didn’t want to workout today, turned my alarm off. Showing up is half the battle, it’s so true. Then working out to the best of your ability (whatever your workout is) is the 2nd half of it. Mindset - try to find new healthy habits this week, try a few each week. My goals this week: I am pushing myself to drink more water & eat more veggies daily. #weightsmonday #dailygrind #strongerdaily #metime
