Goal weight 135 - 137 pounds
Starting weight 148.5 pounds
Since I have been in regain since last September, hovering around 142-143 until the last couple of months, I am alarmed at how easy it is to add 10 pounds. I know I need to set a realistic range and manage to that. And I know it is not so much what I eat, but how much of it.
So I will use the Nutrisystems plan for the next 8 weeks to retrain and restrain myself. And vigilance! I am smarter than I was last year.
This has been [so far & it's only 8:30am] a crappy day. Not gonna let it get to me...
And if that doesn't work...
