oh, the stress

Monday, June 17, 2019

My husband and I are flying to Georgia at the end of the month because he has a job interview. I have never been so stressed in my life. I’m anxious all the time. I’m not sleeping well. My stomach has been upset for days. I’m excited at the possibility but also terrified of change. I’m not sure what the future holds, but I hope I’m able to contain my anxiety and stress somehow.

Nothing might come of the interview, anyway! He might not get the job, but he might decide he doesn't like the interviewer, the company, the position, the pay, the boss....I know it's easier said than done, but try to relax and take it one step at a time. Don't get ahead of yourself!

You're on a roller coaster right now and that can be scary but it can also be fun and exciting if we let it. How is a great time for teaching yourself calling techniques if you haven't already so you can enjoy the new possibilities.
