Weekend Flew By & Focused
Monday, June 17, 2019
The weekend flew by. Friday night we had friends over for dinner and music. Saturday Doris and I shopped for birthday cakes and a gift for a friend's birthday. Sunday I took hubby to the Top Of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant for Father's Day.

While I worked around the house I thought about how I can make this a great week. I need a new morning routine. Usually I have coffee, Spark, do my Spanish lesson, then make and eat breakfast with the kids. But I will walk 10 minute walk, then follow my morning routine.
I do best adding something on the end of my routine, but the walk becomes 'iffy' - if breakfast takes more time, or my Spanish lesson is difficult, or extra Spark Mail. This way I will get those 1,000 steps in first thing.
I need the earlier walking time so I come home refreshed and focused. I have a lot to get done this week before we leave for a couple of weeks of vacation. When we return home our summer entourage arrives. I need to get the bedrooms set up to accommodate guests, a menu plan, and an entertainment/events schedule. I love summer, but I love to be organized and ready too.
