how easy it is, yet hard to execute

It’s so easy to plan my week; my meals and snack and appointments and time for exercise. It’s all laid out on my cute little calendar. And yet, I find it so hard to execute! I have no problem making it to my dentist appointment, but going to my “gym appointment” is another thing. It’s easy to plan my meals but to cook them and then eat them? Yeah, doesn’t always happen. Here’s to me making this week, the best one I’ve had in a while and sticking to everything on my meal plan and every appointment on my calendar!

    Just give yourself time to develop those good habits. Make it a goal to meet or eat 2 or 3 times a day to start.

    It takes practice and you have to keep trying one day at a time. Eventually it will all become a habit - a good one!
