Seems like a little thing, but those little victories add up, just like calories lol. That’s what I’m talking about too. I stayed within my calorie range. I am trying to rationalize to myself that if I stay within that range I can lose with no exercise 😊 and any movement is bonus lol. It is a bit nuts that I started this before my work week. I work night weekends so I am all messed up to really be trying to figure this all out. Oh well if I can survive the weekend then normal days will be so much easier. I can do all the tips I read about in the challenges and articles. I want to get me some low calorie snacks to battle the munchies. I also need to find more involved hobbies. I tend to eat when bored. Those are my goals for the week.
