This week's accomplishments:
* average of 15,237 steps per day
* 395 intense exercise minutes this week (my watch doubles the minutes when heart rate is high enough, so that is somewhat overstated)
* Galloway magic mile just over 10 minutes per mile (10:03, I think) and I was just aiming to beat 11 minutes; I took 3 walk breaks
*2 day streak of eating within calorie range; working on day 3
*sore shoulder and arm; hoping PT is approved for insurance coverage; will find out Monday
*average sleep of 6 hours & 10 minutes - pain is disturbing sleep; 7-8 hours is goal
*more than 3 pounds over goal weight range

I'm happy with my magic mile time for where I am right now. Galloway's calculator says I should be running my 5ks about 2 minutes faster than I have been. I'm not going to worry about it, but just keep running for fun and fitness and socializing!!
