Check In

Saturday, June 15, 2019

Don't have to see the Doc till September and I'm done with the Dentist for six months. I do have to go to the oral surgeon and get a couple of spots checked out, but otherwise the health seems to be on an even keel. It's been beautiful walking weather and I'm getting a lot of flower pictures this year. I finally have my organization system figured out and all new photos will be much easier to find. All I have to do now is cull and organize the last fifteen or so years of pics already accumulated (about 50,000 or so). Once that's done I can start on my books.

I'm wallowing on a plateau again and it's time to join the gym and hit the machines, I suppose. Need to shake it up and get out of the rut. I'm very grateful to have lost this much and maintaining is a good thing, but I do need to shed at least another fifteen pounds and twenty five would be better. We shall see?

Sounds like all good news! I too have SO many pictures - I don't know where to start! Print and digital...
I have 10-15 pounds to go too, although I am not too unhappy at this weight. It would be nice to have a normal BMI, according to the charts, though - so I guess I will keep on keeping on.

Life would be great if the Yankees would start winning again!!!!
