Light-Headed Morning

Saturday, June 15, 2019

Today was a good day, but sure didn't go as I had planned. I was able to rest for about 30 minutes on the smaller sofa with my nap buddies.

Auggie didn't stay long before he ditched me for his own sofa.

Trish~He knows when that afghan is down he can be on the sofa even when it's down by accident.

Once I was ready to get going I started out being extremely light-headed and couldn't shake that until almost noon. Had to be a vitamin as the Emergen-C drink solved the issue. I was still quite tired at that point and kept trying to get some paid work done, but I stopped about 1:00pm as it was a futile attempt to keep going so I headed to the sofa. The dogs joined me once again.

Isaac was playing on the PS4 and I remember him talking with me about the character he was building and then the next thing I knew it was 2 1/2 hours later. I was so out of it that I was even dreaming. Usually I can still hear what is going on around me. Felt much better afterwards and treated Isaac to Dairy Queen.

So nice on a hot day! I took it easy after that and eventually put supper together. Back to my "E-Meals" this week after a short break and tonight we had Grilled Pepper Jelly Burgers. I really liked them and actually used a jelly that I bought from one of the Emerald Gems (Sue) who makes them every winter for Christmas gifting.

Spent the evening filling out Isaac's documentation for the virtual charter school so this , weekend I'll get all the identification papers together and we can drop it off on Monday. He said he likes this option as he can be home more, but I won't have the stress of teaching.

Tomorrow.... groceries (the ones I forgot today), paid work and putting together something to hire Maegann. Decided I need the help around the house (cleaning and otherwise) and she needs an income so will get a set schedule for her job. Now that she is on the 5-day track at school (apx 43 hours/week) I would prefer she be home instead off at a job somewhere and getting overly exhausted once again.

Might be a good plan to have Meagan's help around the house and keep her from having to take on more. I would love to have a housekeeper, like a really good one that comes in every week and does everything for little money, ain't gonna happen though.

Have a nice rest of your weekend.
