Yep, just like the Spark experts say nutrition tracking and weight loss go together. I am happy that I have nutrition tracked all year and this 'streak' got me to the brink of onederland. While I am yearning to see 199.9 on the scale, I have come a long way this year. I have lost and kept OFF 18 pounds. I have reset my 'usual weight' as being just over 200 pounds and with continued nutrition tracking I will get to onederland.
When I develop a new habit, I try to add it to something I am already doing and create a streak.For instance each morning I have a cup of coffee, so I added added Spark Login, then Duolingo Spanish lessons, etc. Eat a meal, enter it in Spark.

10 Minutes Walk 1 day
Today I am adding a 10 minute walk. I maybe already be doing this, but it's the decision to record a daily walk and start a new streak. I will do this 10 minute walk at 9 PM or any time before then, but no later then 9 PM.
I am going through my closet and wearing things I may never wear again. Sometimes I may appear a little over dressed, but it could be the last chance to wear it. With continued weight loss and a change of season by fall these could be too big.
