No junk food today

I had some junk food the past 3 days. No binges or anything but still not a good path for me. I'll make a crunch bowl with celery and carrots, cucumber if I have any. Greek yogurt ranch and raspberry viniagrette for dipping. May make a smoothie for a late lunch. Going to hold out on eating until I get hungry for real. Also I need a vigorous workout today. Will go outside shortly and walk the driveway while the kids play. Love summer so much!!
Update: lots of yard work done, some house work, little swimming trip, emails etc. Naptime.
