I am in for a week and seeing progress. I started to walk despite my leg problems. I started with 2000steps a day, up to 8000 steps. It is exhausting but really really worth it.
I am checking my food intale, staying under 1600. I drink a lot of water. I do what I am supposed to do and lost about 3kgs.
I intend to keep that way. This is my last try because, I will never need to try this again. I will succeed.
