I realized a few things
1. I do better before lunch if I have 2 slices of GF whole grain bread vs 1 when I make a breakfast sandwich with eggs and veggies
2. I would do better with eating if I work late if I have a snack with protein mid afternoon
3. Dairy makes me feel groggy and achy the next day when I eat it. I feel better when I exclude dairy.
