Worked about 4 hours on music at the church. Have July about half planned so will continue tomorrow and try to get it in good shape. The good thing about this job is that even if I sit a lot, I walk also... down the stairs (several times), to the work room at the end of the hall to use the copy machine, around my office filing and pulling music from the files. It's going to work out good.
STEP GOAL … I made 7,066 steps (short of goal) but I put as much effort into moving as I could.
FOOD: Came in under goal today. Will have to make sure I add more calories tomorrow.
7/14 SETS OF 250 STEPS.
SLEEP: 6.53 … Going to bed soon so I can try to get 8 hours in. I have to get more sleep in so have adjusted my bedtime from 1:00AM TO 11:00 pm. I am on that now so will close and go to bed. Everyone have a great day.
