Motivation Issues

So I've been having a hard time with motivation lately. haven't even done my Baladea workouts since I finished the last set. But, I am working on it. I started feeling down because I went from 223lbs back up to 330lbs. And ya know what? I think i got some of my motivation back, because when I looked in the mirror, I didn't like what I saw. So on monday, I am starting the "Look" Baladea program. 5 days a week and most of it is cardio routines. i decided, I am not giving up on this! i mean, really, if i don't work on it, I will never succeed with weight loss. Every day I am gonna look up a positive affirmation to keep me going.
