UGH is all I can say

Thursday, June 13, 2019

I am not a blogger, but every once in awhile I have to put down my thoughts. This is not for you but for me.
For the last four years I have been going to the gym on average three times a week. I have taken classes and I have done my own routines on the equipment.
It doesn't seem to matter what I do or how I do it but I am constantly getting pain in my right hip.
Some machines I know can effect the hip and have discontinued using those. That narrows down the field but I plug onward.
Then I thought perhaps my waling (I also do this daily) shoes are worn out and I replaced them. No change.
Now I wonder if I am being told something.............? Suppose this will continue to haunt me until I fall upon the answer.

I've had some hip pain too, also in right leg... one issue I already know is left leg is a bit shorter, so I have to wear a lift in left leg to even up the balance better. I've a friend that gained some benefit from various stretches for her hips... seemed to do the trick. (then she fell down in a freak accident, broke both ankles, after that, ended up with surgery on her hip anyway...).... so ...I hope you are able to find out better what can be done for your hlp.

I agree with the other comments. Ask your doctor.

Hoping the doctor can figure out the problem and get you relief.

I'm so sorry that your hip is giving you such pain. I have a suggestion. The next time you go to the doctor, tell the doctor what you've said here and see what he/she says. It's worth a shot!
