The Summer 5% Challenge has a list of activities to get you ready for the 8 week challenge. Today was to list the 3 reasons you fail and make a plan to help you succeed.

List your 3 reasons/excuses on why your lifestyle (diets and exercise) plans have not been well executed in the past. Write a strategy for each one to keep yourself on track for 8 weeks. Let's learn from our past behaviors and make this our best Challenge ever!

1) I get frustrated and go back to old habits. I will evaluate what I’m doing and the reasons why. I will keep reminding myself I did not put this weight on overnight and it is not going to come off overnight.
2) I get stressed and stress eat. I will (have) found other things to do when I’m stress that don’t include raiding my kitchen.
3) I don’t have an exercise plan in place. I will start exercising using videos from Sparks and other YouTube videos to do yoga and other exercises.
