When Maintenance goes wrong

It took me 20 months to loose 20kg, then another 30 months to gain back 10kg.

Thats maintenance gone wrong.

So i tried going back to 2015 blogs and meal plans and i couldnt see what i did right to loose my weight. So im thinking let me log it now so in years down the road, if i ever go way up from goal weight, i should check back and remind myself what needs to be done.

For now, i remember one thing. I had stopped focusing on weight goals. Instead i had fitness goal. The by product of that was they weight was peeling off. I've noticed that if think of loosing my pounds, i get too stressed out.
I also remember i joined a gym for that 20 months and the 30 months after gym was not there.

With that in mind, Lets plan mileage goals then :

w/c 10th June : running at 7.2 on 0.5 incline : Time goal 30 min & Mileage goal : 3.2km

w/c 17th June : running at 7.3 on 0.5 incline : Time goal 30 min & Mileage goal : 3.3km

w/c 24th June : running at 7.4 on 0.5 incline : Time goal 30 min & Mileage goal : 3.4km
