Tracking Blog week of June 10

Lots of rain this week. I am back to 20 flights of stairs daily (that was difficult to do while I was out of town because there was no place with public use exterior stairs)
It's good to be back home, but I sure do miss my big boy. Omar and Jack stay close by, more so than ever. So grateful to have them.

** I am trying a form of Intermittent Fasting. For me, that's 2 non-consecutive days of ultra low cal eating. On those days, I eat highest protein / highest fiber that I possibly can. This keeps me from being hungry. I also plan these days around my workouts - days where my only exercise is walking or yoga.
The 'calories in' info is from Spark's nutrition tracker. The 'total calories burned' info is from my Garmin app. I have a smart watch that constantly tracks my heart rate, so I feel this is the most accurate way to track calories burned.
