Where has 6 days gone?

I committed to logging my food and blogging more consistently this summer and all of a sudden I realized the last time I logged my food or blogged was 6 days ago. All caught up. I have been following my plan just not writing it down and being accountable.
I dropped about 5 lbs in last 12 days so feel good about that. I have better energy, my stress level is reduced though this is a very busy week.
I have found my seat back on the wagon, tying myself down this time.
