Ok - weighed myself this morning after several days of being busy & out-of-control.
I knew it would be a shock
So what was my plan yesterday...remove all those nasty foods I bought for the Saturday night party and the previous Costco foray.
How to remove them...ate all the chips left over, had both Nutella & peanut butter and polished off the leftover prime rib (with a salad though).
What can I say? Not a good plan, not at all! So today, I signed up for food program again. The structure is what I need, the forced discipline, the fiscal responsibility and retraining of how to eat well-managed meals.
Regain IS failure
