I saw CERIUSLY posted that she went to a TOPS meeting. It's something I considered before, so today is the day. Thanks for breaking trail Ceri.
My friend's husband passed away this month. Last night we had her and her out of town guests over for dinner. It was such a pleasant evening to sit outside and chat before dinner. The 3 ladies are all cheerful, height/weight proportionate, active and in their 80's. They walked a few blocks to get here and back. They are aging successfully!

"Intermittent Fasting = No Evening Eating" is my new goal. This is low hanging fruit for me, as I usually don't eat in the evening, but sometimes when I wake up during the night I will eat. I am not sure what I will do when I wake during the night, but I have to do something differently.
My Fitbit Ionic died. This is the second Fitbit this year! My Charge 2 had a broken face, and twice the strap broke. I love Fitbit, but am pissed that this happens.
