How many days can I get to?

Today, June 11, is day 1. Gonna see how many days in a row I can stick to my cardiologist's recommendations for food. Exercise will come next,, but first I'd like to fix my food intake so it's in line with the recommendations.
I've been on Sparkpeople on and off for 10 years, so I know I'm relatively alone in my plant-based, low-fat, high-carb way of choosing to eat, but it really helps me with compliance to be here anyway, so here I am. Please let me know if you're a plant eater, too!
