A good start to my week!

I have lost two pounds so far, and I am vowing not to step on the scale as time at the end of June. I have to do it this way because if I don't, my mind gets fixated on the numbers and not what's really important, that is, making this a lifestyle change, taking care of myself and knowing the rest, my weight, will take care of itself. A good start to the week to let go of the power of the scale. Life is good, I can't complain and I look forward to a productive and positive week.

    I hear you with regard getting fixated on numbers. I have that with counting calories.
