Calculator for losing weight

According to the calculator I need to eat 1200 calories a day and continue with moderate exercise. If I do this I could reach my goal by Dec 30th---my birthday.

I have been having problem with weight loss lately. I'm stuck. No matter how much exercise I do, the weight grows. It might be muscle building but I still am finding ti frustrating. That frustration causes stress and the stress may be why I am not losing weight. Vicious circle of emotions causing the problem. So I will be adding more meditation and stay off the scale for a week or two and see what happens.
