I have decided to take things one day at a time. I'm doing good on my journey, I'm down a total of 28lbs since April 1. I have joined the Spring 5% Challenge and lost most of my weight on it. I'm doing the 2.5% in-between challenge and have lost 2 lbs on it I still have several weeks to go to lose a total of 6.8 lbs for this challenge. I will lose my goal in this challenge as well (promise to myself). I have signed up for the Summer 5% challenge.
