I did it! I got my final project for Financial Statement Analysis done today! It came out to being 18 pages long total. I hope I don't get marked off. It was supposed to be 8-10 pages. But I had so much to say! That always happens when I write. I always have way more to say than the teachers want to read. I think it will be fine. My teacher, Joan, is more lenient so I'm sure she'll read it all. With that, I am basically done with this class. I just need to check again tomorrow night to see if more people have posted for discussion board so that I can respond to their posts. So far, only two of us have posted. I guess everyone is super busy with the final project and/or has forgotten to do discussion board!
I spent the morning driving to the Fairgrounds (35 minutes away) to drop off my jam. Luckily, it wasn't very crowded when I got there. Usually when I get there, there's no parking and I have to hike halfway across the fairgrounds to get to the building I need to get to. Today there was parking right in front which was nice. I submitted three jars of jam this year. I also submitted a photograph last April, but it didn't get anywhere with judging, so I didn't have to frame it and bring it in. Doing the jam makes me think that I should come up with a project now for the 2020 Fair. I think I might hit up Hobby Lobby next week and see if I can find a needlepoint project that I could do for the Fair in the future.
I didn't think I would have time to walk today, but I managed to get in a nice long walk after church this evening (72 minutes). I was only going to walk three laps but I pushed myself and walked 3.5 laps. I'm going to go to the gym after church tomorrow. It's supposed to hit 100 degrees tomorrow, so I sure won't be walking!
1) Get to church early. (I'm an usher tomorrow.)
1) Go to the gym.
3) Check discussion board.
4) Do about 4 problems of the Cost Accounting homework.
Today I'm Grateful For...
1) That the weather was still good to walk today. I don't know if will be anymore.
2) That I got to tell the nice young cashier at PetCo about my Fair entries. He wrote my name down and said he'd look for my entries during the Fair.
3) That my final project is done and done!
