What If There's Nothing Wrong With You?

This is the title of a book by Susan Henkels. (Cost at Amazon, Over $800.) I don't know how it got so expensive, but it contains a nice thought.
We seem to live like we always have to change. That we aren't perfect enough, but we just have to work on our weight, our ability to live in the present, how we relate to our significant others, our anxiety level, etc., etc., etc.
Maybe we really ARE fine, Just the Way We Are.
I have a suggestion. To try, from this moment on, for the rest of the day, to live like you don't need to change. Things may not be going just fine, and you may not be where you want to be. However, you are all right just as you are. Glenn
PS: Am I beginning to sound a little like Mr. Rogers?
