Well at this point I'm trying to shrink my stomach so I'm not eating so much as I'm almost continiously over my calories I can eat in a day. It's sure is hard to eat in that range they give you when you can walk less than 5000 steps in a day. However I'm trying to stick with the exercises that I've chosen to do.
Tai Chi and water walking along with normal walking where I can.
I just hope the eating part of this gets easier.
