Well, Hubby came home and picked me up and we went and got our hair cuts. We do this at least once a month. I am wearing my short and sassy style and it gets out of shape within a few weeks. I am getting so much better health wise and my hair stylist looked at me and said you look tired. Oh my, sleeping lots of hours, I am thinking that I usually have more color this time of the year as I am outside more. Also I was thinking I did not put on my blush when I put on my makeup. When I am not going anywhere,, I just clean my skin and put on a good moisturizer. As I do not go out too often right now, I did not even think about the blush. I guess I need to number my steps so I wont forget.
We went to Carrobias for dinner and I had the spaghetti. It was a true disappointment. The meat sauce was really bland, no flavor. Told Hubby. He took a bite and looked at me remarking boy yours is outstanding. This is missing something really important for flavor.

I was watching a TV and the chef made a plain tomatoe sauce. Lots of garlic and olive oil. I have started making that as by base, adding my basal, rosemary and mixed Italian seasoning to taste. I make a big pot, separate it into portions. I freeze these bags as my base for whatever I want to make. Use as base for meat sauce, parmesans eggplant or chicken, etc.
