goals for June 2019

So my last month goals didnt go so well. Say one thing do another sort of thing. Im pretty sure it was hit and miss with every darn one of them or miss them entirely.
Track food - Well maybe for a day or two
Cardio 3 days a week that was a hit or miss excursion ( at work chair yoga 10 min s dsy whoop whoop)
Strength- 2 days a week nope nada
So I know being a manager and living next door to work keeps me easily accesable. I also know that if I sit in my chair it has a life force of its own and will suck me in for the night. Our meeting at work today (because we have a diabetic) and s couple who want to lose weight is healthier options and to increase exercise. Sooo if they can do it so can I!
My goals (which Ive already started)
Eating healthier- Ive started with more fruits, salads at work, (skipping desserts at work so far) eating breakfast here yogurt or cottage cheese with peaches vs. toast. The only day im not so healthy is Thursdays which I spend with my mom. Not going to change
working out- I love summer! (hate winter) so doing stuff outside is not a problem. cleaning and organizing love to do. bike riding and walking swimming yes. so Im going to try my darndest to do these things (and not get sucked into my chair) at least an hour 3 times a week .
Knowing me its the best I can commit to right now if Im being honest with myself.
