keto day 3

So, today I feel more tired and have been a tad dizzy off and on. My urine is still testing as having a trace of ketones. So, all is going well. I was having some stomach pains probably because it didn't do #2 today, which I've heard can be an issue. I forgot to eat breakfast because I just wasn't hungry. Which is awesome. But, I ate it for lunch and felt better. I was a little cranky this morning..food cured it. But it wasn't Hanger. I had some macadamia nuts for a snack and made a broccoli, mushroom, steak stir-fry. It was a tad high in carbs but not really. lol. I'm still within my limit with 7 left for the day. I had a lot of broccoli also so that will be some good fiber to move things along. The scale was down a pound this morning but I don't think I've really started ketosis yet. Not a lot anyway. So, I'm good with that. Im drinking gatorade zero and a lot of water. Taking my multivitamin at night. Also, I bought this ketone drink mix that has the electrolytes in it that I need.
Haha one thing I found out is that if you're really constipated you can just eat a few pieces of sugar free chocolates and that should take care of it. I'm ready to have this big energy boost everyone talks about but I know it takes a bit. It's fixing to rain anyway so i'm just watching some Harry Potter and relaxing today.
