Made my goal of 11,000 plus 66 steps today. I was busy at the church this morning and then later in the afternoon. The stairs helps a lot in adding steps with 9 up and down. The work I was doing had me up and down as well. Went back in the afternoon and worked until the Huddle started. It's been awhile since I have made this many steps so I am feeling quite proud.

Haven't tracked but feel like I was in my counts for calories and carbs, according to what I ate. emoticon

Gotta get this done before cutoff so am closing now. Everyone have a good evening and we'll touch base tomorrow.
