It felt great to hit the gym today. 35 min cardio. 75 min strength training (arms and core) kept the arms lite no more than 45lbs. Did more reps was not trying for muscle failure just pleasant fatigue. 20 min easy walk for cool down. I can see and feel the difference. I can do this.
